My wife rented a car at the Akron-Canton Aiport on August 30. She told the rep she would be paying cash when she returned the vehicle. The rep then said she needed a credit card on file, my wife then asked if there would be any monies taken out, the rep said no. Well, to our surprise, she put the full amount of the rental on the card anyway and it caused 9 overdraft fees on my bank account. My wife was mislead, plain and simple.
