On 4/29/2010 I cancelled my Directv service because I had ordered a sports package which was to include a Chicago cable channel. However when the games I wished to watch were played they were blacked out. About 3 hours later that day someone from Directv called and promised to give me a credit in the amount of 180 dollars as well as a premium movie channel for 3 months.
