My Mother-in-law received a call from someone calling himself Dexter Taylor from American Legal Services. Telling her that I had commited fraud, and could she have me call. She said he had a really heavy accent and that she couldn't hear him because of all the noise in the background. I called back the number he called from and was transferred to Gabriel Canoy.
