I call knowing a need a thermal couple for my water heater. They are like, "yea, our guys carry lots of parts", so they come out and say "we don't carry that part", "that will be $75 for coming out" REALLY!!! I knew what I needed and they charge $75 for coming out and telling me what I already know. What a RIP OFF!!! read full review »
