When we were booking our group cruise, we were told that as long as we cancelled by a certain date, that our deposit was 100% refundable. We verified this fact 3 times with their agent, when booking our cruise over the phone. When we tried to cancel the cruise (less than 1 week after we booked it), we were told that we would be charged a $100 admin fee. After spending some time with them on the phone, we were told that this fee would be 'waived'. I will be monitoring my credit card statements to see if this penalty charge appears.
