Lowes Banking GE Bank Service Provides extremely poor customer service. It looks bad on their part to have a customer request closing an account due to poor service so they find ways to close on the customer. I requested in sept to close the account due to poor service. I paid the account to zero and requested customer service to close it. I was told it would be closed once the payment was processed.
