National Marketing Strategies fails to deliver after charging a large set up fee on telemarketing leads. The approach is to say you pay us for your leads when you sell something we only charge a small $850 set up fee and then you go to work. Seems reasonable enough but then you discover that the same is non-delivery of qualified leads. So you can't provide the sales that make them money, thus it is your fault and they are the victim?
