My AT&T phone bill this month had a charge of $14.95 billled by Enchanced Services Billing In. on behalf of Netwrk Assurance Inc. I have no idea of whom the above two companies are and I never requested any type of service from either organization. Therefore, I consider this a "cramming" charge.
