We applied for a modification in Dec of 2007 In january of 2008 are modification was approved, we received all fo the documents, , signed and sent them back to Saxon. We did not hear anythign else from them. Our first payment was due on March 1, 2008 we paid them that amount and have been paying them that amount since that date, not being late. On Dec 22, 2008 we received NEW modifcaiton papers saying we are deliniquent over $13, 600 and that theywant to add this to the back of the mortgage and increase our monthly paymetns...This was not... read full review »
