I ordered a bi-monthly magazine called "Reminsce" on 02-04-10. I used PayPal/MasterCard to pay in full $12.99. DotCommags.com indicated a 4-16 week wait for magazine was in order because "Reminsce" is a Bi-Monthly. After wait I called PayPal for a refund because Dotcommags customer service website is no more. PayPal claims they can't do anything with orders over 45 days old. MasterCard can't see order on their computers because it's over 6 months old. What's next???? H.Buckley read full review »
