FEDEX is not customer friendly. They only deliver to our home when we are at work & if something has to be signed for they won't leave it. During the week when we are at work they are out of here by noon, but on Saturday you can sit all day waiting for them & I am told they can show up anywhere between 8am - 9pm. It is worse than waiting for the cable guy. I can't even get in the show & it's 2:00 in the afternoon! I HATE FEDEX! UPS RULES! read full review »
