I had an audit performed by Tom Brown from Bright Home www.brighthome.com and it was a complete waste of time. He was suppose to come and perform tests on my home and inspect my insulation. 2 hours later he is trying to get me to sign for a loan to get a new oil burner for $14, 000. He said i am polluting the earth by using my current boiler which is only 10 years old and was determined to be 86 efficient. He said I could get 90% efficient with a new burner. He did not want to sell me insulation on its own so i am now forced to use a local contractor to insulate my home. stay away from brighthome read full review »
