I found a charge on my bill for some application called Pictavision. I have not only found it charged on my phone number, but also on my family member's phone number. I have had to review the bill each month and have it removed. Each time I have asked to have it removed, I am "reassured" that it will not appear again. How can we get ATT to stop illegal practices such as this? Did Verizon not get into trouble with a lawsuit from practices such as this? read full review »
