My girlfriend and I made a somewhat large purchase with this company, and after receiving the products (which took longer than stated), they smelled plastic'y, and chemically. We contacted the owner, Elizabeth Aldinger, and finally got a response after around 3 weeks and a few emails. She was very nice and offered to replace the items. We agreed. Nothing ever came.
