In June I was billed $15.99 from Blue Mountain. I had ordered a couple of cards from Blue Mountain in 2009. Now in June, I am charged $15.99 for a membership fee. No notice or email-just the charge. When I called the above number to see what the charge was and/or to cancel, I was told "No refunds" I have an unwanted membership and I am unhappy. SCAM!!!
