A couple of days ago, my DSL connection, which has been working fine for years, started giving a message that SSL was failing ("SSL Negotiation Failed: Certificate Error: Cert Chain not trusted"). This means that the secure connection is not being made properly. Since I am using this for email, this is a concern. First, I tried to submit a problem report via email, the most efficient way.
