JAW Management officials at Ashford Point apartment complex asked me to move to another apartment on the same site, due to their inability to repair the bathtub. It was leaking into the apartment bathroom, below. JAW Management failed to provide assistance in moving, and when I did move, they delayed the move for two weeks by not transferring the refrigerator from the old apartment to the new, even though they promised on several offasions to do so.
