I received a damaged TV from Vanns. I placed the order last week. The TV was finally at the shippers location yesterday, the day of delivery. I spoke with an AJ at the shipping location who informed me there were no drivers available to deliver and advised we could pick it up if we wanted to or we would have to wait until the following day for delivery. So we picked it up from them and brought it home. Once home we opened the box only to find the TV has 2 huge cracks in it approximately 2 feet each.
