One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff at this location is extremely rude. It's rare to encounter people who are so inconsiderate and oblivious to customers needs. I experiences a few minor problems with my rental truck, and instead of helping me, they continually blamed me and threatened to lump on additional charges. In addition, it took them 2 entire days to simply give me a receipt and a final bill. Stay away unless you are a masochist. read full review »
