I ordered a Human Touch IJoy 175 massage chair on 12/20 and got a confirmation email on 12/23 with the subject line "YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING" with a UPS tracking number and an expected delivery date of 12/29. Every time I checked the tracking number it seemed that the UPS site was down or overloaded (or so I assumed) as there was never any info about it.
