Placed order on 9/4, credit card charged on 9/7. On 9/16 received notice of shipment via FedEx with tracking number. FedEx site continued to say they never received the box from Decor-Collection. 9/25 I emailed the company and two days later they replied that there was a shipment error which they would resolve and contact me. I emailed them again on 9/29 and 10/6, but they did not reply at all. I requested a phone number because none is listed on their website, but they did not provide one.
