I was using half.com without any issues for about 4 months. In August I switched banks, and since the only way half.com will pay you is through direct deposit, I missed a deposit to my account. Their site says they will automatically try to deposit any missed payments next cycle, but that never happened. I've written to customer service 10 times, and no one has even acknowledged that they've seen my letters. They won't give me the money they owe me, and their customer service is nonexistent.
