In short, I ordered 5 items from Speednation.com and only received 4 with a note stating the 5th would arrive within two weeks. After 4-5 weeks went by I filed a complaint with Paypal and asked for my money back for the 5th item. Mike Ancas (SpeedNation owner) refused to refund my money for the missing item.
