I called to check my balance on this card; surprised at the low balance, i requsted a transaction history. there was an unauthorized charge of $29-odd dollars. I told the operator, and she said to access a website and dispute the charge on the form that would pop up. I still haven't located the website or the form. what can I do? read full review »
