I work at Everest and can not believe the incompetent people that they hire. First of all, they overlook educated and qualified current employees to hire friends and family. There is a Regional Director of Student Finance who got his twin brother who was a Police Office a Director position. There is another Director who worked in a default dept. in a mortgage company, she was a bill collector and now she is a Regional Director making over $100, 000 a year salary.
