I am writing to dispute Joy of Almost Heaven Realty decision to withhold $130 of our security deposit. The summers of 2009 and 2010 I rented 2 vacation homes from Almost Heaven Realty. Both times were unpleasant. This year the owner of Almost Heaven Realty; Joy Geidel has refused to refund $130 of my security deposit.
