Dear Dato’ Tony Fernandez (Though I know that this email will not be escalated to Tony), I would like to log an official complaint on the AirAsia customer service. The service provided was horrendous!! On the 1st Sept 2010, I made a booking during your promotion; flying from KUL- BKK. At that point of time when the booking was made, the AirAsia site was hanged.
