I paid this company $15.00 plus shipping total $21.00, for a Tower Fan for a Dell PC, It ended up not working, I sent it back (another $7. shipping), they said the testing would cost $20.00 ..then they said it works... I demanded a refund..they refused and offered a $10.00 store credit...my total cost for this product has now reached $28.00...I expected a new fan when I ordered it, not a refurbished one...after several emails, they still refuse to refund my money..do NOT under any circumstance purchase anything from the outfit...they ARE a rip off read full review »
