D.R. Horton, "America's Homebuilder" builds poorly constructed and finished homes. Period. They were sued by our neighborhood for installing inadequate water barriers and siding in the PNW, where it rains a third of the year. The siding/vapor barrier was replaced on each home at DR Horton's expense. I will never buy another house built by D.R. Horton. I am currently upgrading most of the hardware throughout my home, and I'm quickly discovering that DR Horton furnishes their builds with whatever was on sale that day... read full review »
