Original order was filled with wrong part. Email to Cymax went unanswered for over a week, then they passed the buck to the vender. Vender never replied. Cymax even requested PHOTOS of the wrong parts. They don't believe they screwed up! Several emails later Cymax sent the order again. Again wrong part. Same lame result to email complaints. Waiting now for third try. Over two months now. Cymax is only a third party "middle man" who isn't responsible for anything at all and is in complete disarray.
