If a Rainsoft salesman calls hang up. If you did make an appointment don't let them in the door. I got a phone call that I 'won' two prizes. One was a free water test and the other a gift card from Home Depot. The caller explained she was from Home Depot and the free water test was in order to see what was wrong with the water in the area so they knew what type of chemicals to spend.
