2 transactions were made from my bank account from this number. The Profit Vault. I did't know what they were for so I called. When I finally got through to customer service and told them the reason for my call, the representative said she couldn't help & could I call back in 3 or 4 hours! I called back immediately and a different rep gave me a different number to call. I got through to a service rep after being on hold for 20 minutes and finally got the answers I needed.
