I have been trying to rectify a disputed charge for months customer service agents are inept. I have written to them many times and have gone as far as to get a letter from the vendor in question that they authorized a refund. However HSBC refuses to remove the charge from my account. In my opinion this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and as soon as I get this issue rectified I will cancel. read full review »
