Probus Research AKA Birthcertificate.com.. May be Fraud/scam - I gave them credit card info and then same day canceled order for birth certificate because I found the offical site in LA, CA to request directly. That wasover 90 days ago.I have received e mails from them stating they will charge me a fee if I do not respond. I have called numerous times and the voice mail box is allways full. I have e mailed and faxed and still have not received a response to my cancellation. read full review »
