I purchased a recliner chair from you store in Brandywine, Maryland in November 2008 for 549.00 in addition I purchase a 5 year warranty plan for $149.00 in cash. In June of 2010 I contacted your office to have someone to repair the latch on the chair because it did not work. I was told that a representative would call me back with a date to come to my home for repair. A representative came to my home to repair the chair and was unable to.
