on 10/18/10 i asked for help from aol re not being able to access my email address book . i was' sent " to a live person who charge my credit card $30 but they gave me advice that did not work. they told me to use outlook and i don't have outlook so the "formula" they gave me to correct my address book DID NOT WORK!!
