The worst customer service I ever had in my whole life !!! We had direct TV for 15 days. On the 15th day I called the customer service and cancelled the service. The customer service agent told us that we have 15 days to cancel and we are doing it on the last day and termination fees won't apply. We spent 30 mins. with him explaining why we are cancelling the service etc. This happened in Match, 2010 After few months, my husband's credit card was charged with $400+.
