Purchased home waranty in May 2010, after reviewing their site. Looked good on paper. WRONG . A friend used their service and had a/c problems. They would not honor the verbal contract. Read the fine print on the written contract. Very different from smooth verbal guarantees. After all these problems, I decided to cancel my policy.
