I paid an upfront fee of $5, 000.00 dollars for this company to help me with my loan modification. I hired them in April of 2010, my home went into forclosure in July of 2010. The forclosure date was set for October 13, 2010. They did not return phone calls to me, they lost my income tax papers and did not keep track of my file. I was transfered to 3 representatives to help me, but none did.
