I placed on order on their website for items shown as "in stock" -- after two weeks I contacted them and was told the items were on back order and would be sent 10/1/2010 . On 10/12, I called and was told the items were still on backorder and would be shipped 11/1. At this point I had to cancel as that timeline was unacceptable. It is now 10/25 and I have not received a refund to by debit account. The company says that this my bank's fault.
