I ordered a knife on 10-14-10. They billed my credit card the very next day, but it's been 10 days and they haven't even shipped it. The item was said to be in stock so I'm concerned whether or not I am going to receive my merchandise. They had no trouble collecting the money but seem to be taking their time on sending out my order. read full review »
