I will never buy a Sanyo product again! The company does not stand behind their product and the customer service is horrible. It took forever to get through and the manager was down right rude. John you need to take customer service class 101!!! I think sanyo makes it so difficult to get a resolution with product issues they hope people will just give up! I at least was able to get WalMart to assist.
