i took my saturn vue in on saturday 10/23/10. i was having problems with the power steering-the steering wheel was hard to turn and there was a grinding noise when i tried to turn the wheel. i arrived at shirey cadillac at 1:40 p.m. they gave me a number and said they would let me know the problem within the hour. about an hour and a half later i was told that there was aproblem with the power steering and although they had the part to fix it - it would take sometime. iwas then asked if i had a way home, which i replied no and i have to get... read full review »
