I wish we had researched this poor excuse of a Finance Company prior to signing on the bottom line. I am in the process of filing formal complaints with the Attorney General of my state as well as Utah. I worked for a Collections ATtorney for quite some time and I know for a fact they break every rule and then bend over and break it again. They do not have a clue what professional conduct is.
