I was trying to refinance my home to a lower rate. Wells Fargo already holds the mortgage. They hade an apprasial done. I was home when the apprasier arrived. She came in took a few photos asked me how much I was hoping the appraisal would be and left. A few weeks latter I recieve a copy of the apprasial and notice that it is for a 3br 3 bath home of 2500 sg/ft. My home is 2980 sg/ft and 4 br / 4 bath.
