On 9/20/10 I requested to cash-out an annuity that I wrote on my daughter in 1994 when I was an Agent for People's Life Ins Co, long before they were bought by Monumental. I was told on phone that ownership of this policy was in question. Later I received letter that I was not the owner. I was forced to send in copy of orig application clearly showing that I was. Finally they agreed, but over a month later I still have not received Disbursement Form that allows me to cash-out the policy. Whether evidence of "stonewalling, " employee incompetence on all levels, or both, this is totally unacceptable behavior! read full review »
