I requested a disconnection of service because I moved made to Dynowatt aprox Sept 27, 2010. The company asked that I allow them to record the request, which I did, and was I given a confirmation number for the disconnection. On Oct 4, 2010, they sent me a warning letter, the one that says your electricity will be shut off if you dont pay your bill. Well, per Dynowatt, they take your last bill from your deposit, and then send you a statement for money owed or money refunded.
