This company heavily misled me when I first signed up for lip/chin hair removal. They told me it would be 6 months but they give a 2 year guarantee incase it would take longer to remove all the hair. Next month (Nov. 2010) it will be 3 years I have been going to this place. Once a month. It's written all over their paperwork to cover their legal behinds, but the sales pitch to get a new customer totally makes you believe that all hair will be removed and, for most people, within the 6 month period.
