I just signed up for I-Wireless, I Wireless, Sprint this week and the Customer Service sucks. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them and about 15 calls latier it is no better. If you can afford a REAL Cell phone company DO IT. If I could have reached through the phone I would liked to have beat the Service Reps (figure of Speech) at the other end this is the worst customer service that I have seen in years and I am a customer service manager for a living. Customer Service Reps need to be trained to handle Customer Service not tell someone that "If your not happy return the phone we don't need customers they need US." read full review »
