October 12, 2010 I received a package in the mail, It contained a bottle of maximum burn in it and I had no idea why I was receiving it. The package contained no shipping information, no order form/receipt document etc...just a bottle. I set it off to the side and didn't think much else of it. On October 20, 2010 I was balancing my credit card account and noticed a charge for 87.47 in addition I had been charged 1.49 on October 5th and 2.95 October 6th 2010.
